Job Title: Associate Marketing PC/Manager

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the coordination, development, and execution of promotional sales period point of purchase (POP) and other in-store marketing materials for the following potential categories: Proprietary Fresh Food and Beverage, Packaged Goods and / or Age Restricted Products. The Associate Marketing Manager will support different functions that impact the customer’s path to purchase within our stores. In addition, this person will help ensure that the marketing strategy and communication are aligned across the organization by coordinating cross functionally with other marketing team members, merchandisers, and external partners. This position is critical for the smooth operation of the marketing department in meeting deadlines and staying within budget.

This position will report to the Senior Marketing Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison for merchandising team, agency, and printer on traditional or high-impact elements including displays that support special products or promotions.
• Support regional tests to deliver POP elements to identified test markets on time and on budget.
• Assists in gathering vendor assets and images for creative development.
• Ensure projects are on track, within budget and on strategy; provide support and guidance across the organization.
• Responsible for billing management; Forecasting spends by month, purchase order creation from estimates, invoice management of assigned categories and full reconciliation of the program.
• Participate in weekly status meetings with marketing team and external partners.

• Being able to identify a problem and provide a solution.
