Director of Nursing – San Diego, 92101

Fulltime Monday–Friday, General Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Direct clinical and administrative operations, including cardiac Cath labs and recovery bays.
• Ensure compliance with AAAASF accreditation and CMS regulatory guidelines.
• Lead quality assurance (QA), quality improvement (QI), and infection control programs.
• Supervise and support staff, fostering effective workflow and patient safety.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to optimize procedural outcomes.
• Provide strategic oversight of financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Manage vendor contracts, supply chain operations, and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Licensure: Active RN license in the state of [Insert State].
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS required.
• Experience:
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in an ASC setting, preferably cardiac or cath lab.
• Proven expertise in business office management and financial operations.
• Experience maintaining AAAASF accreditation and CMS compliance.
• Proficiency in QA/QI processes and infection control protocols.
