We have a robust medical spa that is expanding and looking for a talented esthetician to join our team. Located in Torrance, CA, the team is dedicated to achieving individualized, natural-looking results for patients through advanced surgical techniques and aesthetic care. About the Role

In this role, you will work in a professional clinical environment providing advanced medical-grade esthetic treatments and personalized skin care plans. You will collaborate with our providers to ensure safe, results-driven treatments and educate patients on long-term skin health and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of medical spa treatments (facials, peels, HydraFacial, etc.)
• Conduct thorough skin analyses and develop customized treatment plans
• Educate patients on medical-grade products and aftercare protocols
• Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, and infection-control standards
• Document patient treatments accurately and perform post-treatment follow-up
• Support providers in clinical services as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid  Esthetician License (required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical spa or clinical esthetics setting
• Strong knowledge of skin physiology, advanced treatments, and product lines
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Prior experience in luxury or medical aesthetics preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

• Tuesday and Saturday availability
• 8 hour shift
