Operations Analyst – Fintech | Norwalk, CT (Onsite)

A fast-growing financial technology firm serving UHNW clients is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to support data integrity and reporting across its proprietary portfolio management platform. This is an opportunity to join a small, high-performing team rebuilding a strong in-office culture in Norwalk, CT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead reconciliation processes for client accounts, investigating and resolving complex exceptions

• Enter and verify corporate action data to ensure reporting accuracy

• Conduct advanced data analysis and modeling to support operational efficiency

• Collaborate with IT and participate in UAT for platform enhancements

• Interpret private investment data and assist in the creation of customized client reports

• Document operational workflows and contribute to continuous process improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology-related field

• 3–6 years of financial services or custodian bank reconciliation experience

• Advanced Excel and basic SQL skills required

• Strong understanding of market data and marketable securities

• Exposure to fixed income and derivatives preferred

• Familiarity with portfolio accounting and basic tax concepts
