Responsibilities

  • Be the intermediary between sellers and buyers, ensuring good conduct and honest exchange of information to achieve a beneficial understanding

  • Evaluate clients' desires and economic capabilities to provide appropriate suggestions

  • Build valuable and trustworthy relationships within the local community and become the go-to person for all things real estate

  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values

  • Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and under the best terms

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry

  • Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

  • Minimum age of 18
