We are working on recruiting an SEO Specialist who will be responsible for coordinating and implementing search engine marketing programs for our clients. The correct person will be goal-oriented, have great experience in creating content, have a copywriter background and exceptional attention to detail, and have outstanding interpersonal and English communication skills. This role involves interacting with clients and working closely with the company team to ensure the client's goals are achieved.
Strong leadership and management skills are required, this is a client-facing position.
Key Management Areas of Responsibility
Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated with SEO strategy
Develop and present quarterly SEO strategies per client
Manage and execute the implementation of the SEO strategy
Communication with clients, team, and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results
Collaborate on client strategy and goal definition for success
Create tasks and oversee and check the work of the link-building team
Assist in hiring and interviewing other SEO associates or link builders
Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and development
Key Functional Areas of Responsibility
Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content
Provide SEO analysis and recommendations
Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals.
Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes.
Develop and implement link-building campaigns.
Implement and administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools)
Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels to improve rankings.
Research and administer social media tools in support of clients’ social media strategy
Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports to develop and recommend SEO strategies.
