Job Description

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Analyst, Channel Operations to join FindLaw’s Revenue Operations team. This highly collaborative role will serve as a key partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders, supporting initiatives that drive growth, efficiency, and scale across the business. Success in this role requires more than just technical skill - it demands strong business acumen, the ability to connect the dots across teams, and the curiosity to understand root causes and recommend actionable solutions. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Salesforce, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and eager to play a visible role in solving complex operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Project Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a thought partner to Channel Operations leadership by supporting projects that span Sales, Renewals, Marketing, and Finance. Engage with stakeholders across the organization to identify pain points, gather requirements, and co-create scalable solutions that improve performance and alignment.

- Salesforce Administration & Development: Serve as a Salesforce expert for the team, with hands-on responsibility for building and customizing dashboards, reports, automations, and workflows. Translate business needs into effective technical solutions that support seller workflows and leadership decision-making.

- Analytical Problem Solving: Analyze business trends and operational performance to uncover opportunities, solve inefficiencies, and support revenue growth. Provide meaningful recommendations based on both quantitative data and qualitative input from frontline and leadership stakeholders.

- Reporting & Insights: Create and maintain accurate, intuitive dashboards and reports that inform business decisions. Develop ad hoc and recurring analyses to support forecasting, performance reviews, and strategic planning efforts.

- Process Optimization: Evaluate current sales and renewal processes to identify friction and opportunities for scale. Collaborate with teams to design, document, and implement improvements that drive efficiency without compromising customer or rep experience.

- Forecasting & Pipeline Management Support: Partner with Sales and Renewals leaders to improve forecasting accuracy and process. Analyze historical and in-quarter trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities within the funnel.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in an analytical, operations, or Salesforce-related role, preferably in a sales or revenue operations environment.

- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce administration and the ability to build and customize within Salesforce (including creating workflows, automations, reports, and dashboards).

- Strong proficiency with Excel and other data analysis tools.

- Experience with SQL or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and influence key stakeholders.

- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
