Job Description

Our client, a streaming platform brand, is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Brand Studio team. You will help extend our brand and visual identity across multiple consumer touchpoints, including ads, product marketing, in-store displays, packaging, social media, sales materials, and more. Reporting to the Lead Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping and maintaining the brand’s design system, ensuring consistency across all channels. This position requires end-to-end ownership of design projects, collaborating closely with marketing and product teams from concept to delivery.

• This role operates on a hybrid schedule onsite in Philadelphia, PA (Mon-Thurs Onsite)
• Rate range: $45-53/hr

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage brand assets such as product UIs, images, lifestyle photography, logos, etc.
• Organize files and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Update and refine brand guidelines in alignment with evolving brand standards.
• Design print and digital marketing collateral across various media, including packaging, OOH, events, and digital displays.
• Design internal and B2B presentations for our enterprise and advertising teams.
• Lead design projects autonomously, working with sales, marketing, and operations teams, along with other members of the Brand Studio.
• Stay updated on new design trends and technologies to ensure ongoing innovation.

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Figma, Adobe CC, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with design systems and toolkits in Figma is a plus.
• Expertise in digital production—delivering high-quality, consistent creative assets across various media platforms.
• Print production experience—working with vendors to meet different specs for small to large formats, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently while receiving guidance from the Lead Graphic Designer and Creative Director.
• Comfortable presenting work to teams, partners, and leadership.
• 6-8 years of experience as a designer within an agency or in-house brand and marketing team.
• In-office Monday to Thursday, with work-from-home on Fridays.
