Job Description

Position: Social Media Marketing

Location: Beaverton, Oregon

Estimated Duration: 8 months

Work Model: Onsite Monday- Thursday; Friday's remote

Hours: 9am-5pm; 40 hours per week

Estimated Salary: 30-38/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience level, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • 3+ years of social media marketing experience
  • Expertise and knowledge of youth culture, athlete mindset, and a genuine excitement and passion for Global Football
  • Ideally with experience of key tools such as Airtable, Keynote & Figma
  • Experience across all the social platform and building a social ROS.
  • Great interpersonal skills, teamwork mentality, and ability to work well with many different partners across brand, creative, paid media, retail, social & comms
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbally
  • An agile mentality and ability to work in a high pace, evolving environment
  • A bias for action with a strong sense of personal accountability and ability to work autonomously

OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Global Social Media Marketing Specialist for Global Football who will support fresh & distinctive social media strategies and plans that expand the brand connection & influence for our field of play. The ideal candidate is passionate about Global Football / Soccer and the culture of the game and has a good understanding of how to connect with the consumer. Understanding the nuances of the global sport is essential. We’re looking for someone who has a finger on the pulse of sport, culture, and youth and who will bring ideas for how the brand can connect and deliver consumer value through our unparalleled innovation and inspiration. Experience across social media, creators, channel strategies and planning and ROS building is critical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our seasonal offense, helping to deliver disruptive ideas to ignite the brand as well as orchestrating social media experiences to drive inspiration and engagement.
  • Work closely with and in support of the Global social media marketing leads on our social marketing plans.
  • Attend and contribute to meetings with cross-functional and geo partners to represent the social media conversation in the development and execution of our marketing plans.
