Job Description

Role Summary:  

The Sr. Marketing Specialist leads the strategic direction for their assigned brand(s), ensuring collaboration across business teams and performance marketing. They own brand KPIs and play a pivotal role in integrating recruiter feedback into overarching strategies to ensure alignment and performance. 

Core Responsibilities:  

• Develop and own the brand strategy for assigned brand(s), ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance goals. 
• Monitor and report on brand KPIs, making strategic recommendations to improve performance. 
• Act as the primary liaison between business units and the performance marketing team to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives. 
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure follow-up on digital leads and maintain accountability. 
• Regularly gather and analyze feedback from recruiters about lead quality and integrate insights into brand strategies. 
• Share lead quality insights with the performance marketing team to refine targeting and enhance campaign outcomes. 
• Oversee and guide team members (Specialists or Coordinators) in executing brand strategies and initiatives. 
• Present brand performance updates to senior leadership and drive innovation by identifying trends and opportunities. 

Level Expectations:  

• Operates at a strategic level, focusing on big-picture brand performance and team leadership. 
• Makes independent decisions on brand strategy with minimal oversight. 
• Provides mentorship, feedback, and guidance to direct reports. 

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4-6 years of work experience in a marketing specific role.
• Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Advanced in Adobe InDesign and/or Adobe Photoshop. 
• Proficient in Google Analytics and Google AdWords. 
• Experience with Wordpress, or a similar CMS. 
• Proficient across all paid search channels, most importantly LinkedIn and Facebook. 
• Strong multi-tasking and project management capabilities.
• Successful in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
• Comfortable in an open, shared workspace.
